There is a saying: "You are what you eat!!", which explains everything I should say.
People always say that if you want to eat healthy you should eat a lot of vegetable and fruit. Yeas, that is definitely true but your body still needs even some sugar what means that sometimes a little candy or something sweet won’t kill you.
On the other hand there are some people who don’t care about what they eat or if it is bad for their health. Junk food which is really popular especially in United States, doesn’t give you anything good. People, who eat this fast food almost every day or really often, have high cholesterol, problems with heart and of course weight, older people get problems with their knees because their body gets more and more heavy, and lot of times it ends by heart attack. After those experiences you get yourself into a strict diet with a doctor all around you trying to help you. But tell me one thing. Why would you want to get yourself into those troubles if you can easily stop it? I people would just control them and be careful about the food they eat. Cook more food with proteins and minerals, more fruit or vegetable, instead of white pastry to eat dark pastry and also drink water instead of sodas, they could change that.
Please think about it. Isn’t it sad when you see those young kids around 10 years old and sometimes even younger eating only junk food instead of some pasta or an apple for a snack? Can you imagine how those kids would look after a few years later?
Also if you want to stay in shape you definitely should do some workout or exercise a few times a week. You can always take a walk to the market instead of taking a car with you. Or ride a bicycle with your friends and even have some fun.
People really should think about what they are eating and take it little bit under their control, because so many of them is honestly killing themselves and they don’t even know about it until some problems will show up.
