Australia has six states and two territories. The states are New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, and Western Australia. The two territories are the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory. The capital city is Canberra. The largest city is Sydney. And another large city is Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
